I got a few pieces to finally match up with items in my wardrobe that have been stumping me in terms of outfit assembly. First of all, this sleeveless collar shirt! The collar studs aren't regular old pyramids and they're not spikes, they're like...decapitated spikes. Child-friendly studs!
This will be paired with the beyond cozy silk patterned shorts that Marshalls bestowed upon me. I always have difficulty figuring out what goes under these sorta-see-thru tops, so plain black cami it shall be.
Next out of the bag, we have this knotted coral top-a big spring 2013 shade! I got this to pair with the cream lace shorts that are haul-siblings with the silk ones. The other coral top I had was nice, but has some ruffles, and with lace that seemed excessive. These sandals were an impulse buy, but they'll tie the whole look together!
I've been trying my hardest to welcome the Pantone of the Year into my closet, so I grabbed this emerald tee. It has a sort of translucent jungle-esque pattern on it, and the sweetest macrame knotted back ever! Will go great with either my khaki or cobalt shorts.
You already know I adore me some blue, and this skirt was too awesome to pass up; looks sort of Egyptian or Aztec, no? Pairing it with a simple mesh-back tank, it will be completed with the layered star necklace I found at H&M and haven't worn since Christmas!
Last purchase! I happen to be wearing this cropped cardigan at the moment with my grey dress; it's so handy for those days when a full-length cardi seems too much, and the lace lets a nice breeze in for your shoulders.
