April 9, 2013: Heart on My Sleeve!

Is there a better feeling than breaking out the ol' shorts after so many months? Well...yes, many, including fluffy blankets and my golden retriever's ears, but this one is pretty high up there. None of my old pairs are particularly interesting, so over the winter I stockpiled a bunch of spiffy new options in different colors and fabrics!

A whole lot of knotted shirts have been making their way into my wardrobe lately (see: today's style haul). With this little number, the collar and buttons keep things classy even with the brightest of bright happy pink-and-hearts pattern! The blue accent hearts go oh so perfectly with the shorts.

 

While you don't have the clearest view of my flip-flops, they're covered all over with black sequins, so the rhinestone bow earrings pair up with them well. Gotta have some neutral color in with all this pizzazz!

Additionally, today as well as yesterday I have on my Revlon Just Bitten Kissable balm stain in Rendezvous. Perfect pink match! I stand by my statement from last week; if you don't own any of these, go get one. NOW!
