April 6, 2013: Minty Fresh!

People of the Internet, I give to you, your reigning royalty color of Spring 2013! I know I'm probably slightly benhind in terms of tossing on some mint threads for the season, but always a good time to start! Everyone' favorite shade of the moment is just as refreshing on this striped shirt as it in a swirly candy, and the lace back gives a cool surprise (plus extra ventilation!).

 

In all the pants I have worn, these are by far some of the most comfortable in recent memory. They're incredibly soft, the cuffs are adorable and woodsy-looking paired with brown, and it comes with a belt-you can never have too many braided belts, in my opinion. The belt also ties in my oxfords nicely. Not Rated has officially become one of my favorite shoe brands; I own three different pairs in this style!

While Body Central is my go-to jewelry supplier, I really should be poking around Forever 21 more frequently. The amount of necklaces for 2, 3 and 4 dollars is absolutely preposterous! I grabbed this one along wih 3 others with a birthday gift card awhile ago, and this is the first I've gotten around to wearing it.

I made a Sephora run today, and came across this new type of Nails Inc. polish called "Feathers," and needed to try them all out...at once. Pfft, nails all painted a single shade are SO overrated!

Anyway, the colors from left to right are called  Brighton, York, Edinburgh and Cornwall, and have a really nifty texture. I ended up buying the first two. Will be redoing my mani tonight, need to decide on one to use!
